Return Instructions (U.S.)
These return instructions are for U.S. customers. If you are returning an order from Canada please see return instructions for Canada.
1. Select Return Reason
Mark down the reason for return on the invoice included in your order. Include a copy the invoice with your return.
If you no longer have your invoice, please complete the online version at the bottom of this page.
2. Package the Return
Package your returns with the original shoebox, packaging paper, and shipping box.
3. Return the package to UPS or your desired carrier
We recently changed our return policy . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and getting the package to our warehouse. Customers can chose any shipping method to get the return back to us.

What happens after you receive my returns?
After the returns are received and inspected for their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
If you would like to exchange your shoes, complete the return instructions above. Then place another order online or over the phone.
